आज की EBG बैठक मेरे लिए अन्य अच्छी बातों के अलावा एक खास अनुभव थी, जो संजीव गर्ग के व्यक्तिगत अनुभव के कारण थी। वह एक ऐसा व्यक्ति से 20 वर्ष पहले मिले हैं जो काफी सफल हैं, लेकिन उनका एक अलग तरीका है। वह हर व्यक्ति के साथ पहली मुलाकात के दौरान नोट्स बनाते हैं और बाद में होने वाली मुलाकातों में भी उन नोट्स बनाते है बाद मे उनका का उपयोग करते हैं।

उनकी यह आदत उन्हें लोगों को बेहतर समझने और उनकी याददाश्त को मजबूत करने में मदद करती है। इसलिए, हमें भी उन लोगों के बारे में नोट्स बनाना चाहिए जिनसे हम मिलते हैं। अगर संभव हो तो एक छोटा डायरी हमेशा मे नोट्स अपने पास रखना है।

इससे न केवल हमारी याददाश्त मजबूत होगी, बल्कि हम संबंधों को बेहतर तरीके से विकसित भी कर सकेंगे। इस तरह की छोटी-छोटी बातें हमारे पेशेवर और व्यक्तिगत जीवन में बड़ा बदलाव ला सकती हैं।
